Returns Policy

Need to make a return? No problem! Just email us at orders@love-universal.com within 14 days of getting your order, and we'll email you a printable return label.

Remember to pack your item carefully in its original packaging so it's protected on its way back to us. For a full refund, items must be returned in the same condition they were shipped. If the item was damaged when you received it, please email us a photo with your order number to orders@love-universal.com and we’d be happy to send a replacement..

Please note that we don't cover the cost of postage for the return.
